Dear dental partners:
This letter is to inform you that I will be transitioning patient care to a partner orthodontist and departing Great River Orthodontics as of March 4, 2022. While new opportunities for my family are leading us to relocate to North Dakota, it has been a pleasure and privilege to deliver care to our mutual patients as part of Great River Orthodontics, and the decision to leave was difficult. Continuity of care for our mutual patients was a primary concern as I weighed this decision, and it was of utmost importance to me to secure support for our patients’ ongoing orthodontic treatment.
To that end, I’m gratified that Dr. Gregory Ross and Ross Orthodontics has partnered with our practice and will be assuming responsibility for Great River Orthodontics in Maplewood and Roseville, MN, and providing uninterrupted care for our patients. I am certain that many of you already know Dr. Ross, as he is well known in our neighborhood as the founder of Ross Orthodontics in Forest Lake, MN and Hudson, WI. For those of you who don’t know him, Dr. Ross is a board-certified orthodontist with 30 years of experience who practices the full scope of traditional orthodontics and Invisalign clear aligner treatment. I am confident that I am leaving our patients’ orthodontic care in very good hands. Their care will proceed at Great River Orthodontics in Maplewood and Roseville, MN without any interruption. My excellent staff will remain in their roles here; familiar and friendly faces supporting Great River Orthodontics’ patients under Dr. Ross’s guidance, with the added benefit of being supplemented by Dr. Ross’s deeply experienced clinical team.
Over these last several years, my association with you, my colleagues and friends, has greatly enriched my life and it has been an honor to work with you. I assure you that I will partner closely with Dr. Ross to ensure the best possible transition in orthodontic care for our mutual patients, and I will remain available indefinitely to Dr. Ross and to all of you should any needs arise. I will be doing my best to touch base with you personally as I approach the end of my time with Great River Orthodontics.
