Dear patients of Great River Orthodontics, Minnesota:
This letter is to inform you that I will be transitioning your care to a partner orthodontist and departing Great River Orthodontics as of March 4, 2022. It has been my great pleasure and privilege to know you, care for you, and support your journey towards your best smile. Stepping away from Great River Orthodontics of Minnesota was a difficult decision, but my path in life is taking me and my wife to North Dakota, and I can’t take you all with me. What I can do is make sure you continue to receive outstanding orthodontic care without any interruption.
To that end, I’m grateful that Dr. Gregory Ross and Ross Orthodontics has partnered with our practice and will be assuming responsibility for Great River Orthodontics in Maplewood and Roseville, MN, and providing uninterrupted care for every one of my patients. Dr. Ross is well known in our neighborhood as the founder of Ross Orthodontics in Forest Lake, MN and Hudson, WI. He is a board-certified orthodontist with 30 years of experience and practices the full scope of traditional orthodontics and Invisalign clear aligner treatment. I am confident that I am leaving your care in very good hands. Your appointments will all be kept, and you will continue to receive outstanding care right here in our Maplewood and Roseville offices where we’ve been seeing you all along with the same team you’ve come to trust. Your financial arrangements with our practice will not be affected.
Through March 3rd, Dr. Ross and I will be working together to ensure a smooth transition for every patient. If you visit us before March 4th, you’ll certainly see me, and you may get a chance to meet Dr. Ross as well. After I have left Minnesota and can no longer provide your direct care, I will always remain available to Dr. Ross should he need any support from me regarding your unique needs.
Thank you for trusting me to support your orthodontic care and your oral health. Knowing you and providing treatment for you has enriched my life and I am truly grateful to have had the opportunity.
